BIOGRAPHY: Sturmaloon is the chaman of
the Twilight People of Avalon, a race of alien shapeshifters and "monsters" who fled from the Towers
millions of years ago, led by their King Gal and his evil bother Kruge. They first found refuge on Mû, then
after its destruction, migrated to Earth. During the age of Atlantis, Kruge murdered Gal and forced Sturmaloon
and his brother to revert to their dragon forms. Sturmaloon's brother became insane and in 280 A.D., was killed
by Geryon of Cappadoce, the ancestor of Dragut. Sturmaloon was himself released by Dragut in 1546.
During the 17th century, Stormshadow sent Galaor to Mû to honor the ancient alliance between the Twilight Lords and the Emperors of the
Planet of Gold. In 1844, Stormshadow helped the Texan crime-fighter Drago. Later, he found the descendents of Gal, who now lived in America under the name "Damon". During the late
19th century, Stormshadow spent some time in Louisiana as "Stormalong", the Ghost of the South (see below).
In modern times, Stormshadow has devoted most of his energies preparing young Dick Demon to fight Kruge.
BIOGRAPHY: The original "Stormalong" -- also nicknamed the Ghost of the South
-- was a mysterious crime-fighter operating in 18th century Louisiana, wearing a series of lifelike masks.
