REAL NAME: Francis White River. CITIZENSHIP: American (Lakota). PLACE OF BIRTH: Omaha, NE. MEMBERSHIPS: Hexagon. VITAL STATS: Male, 6'2", 240 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair. POWERS: Superhuman strength, senses, speed, reflexes, and stamina. BIOGRAPHY: This young, abrasive crime fighter is a descendent of the Original Rakar. The modern-day Rakar served in the U.S. Army Marines Corps, before resigning and joining Hexagon. Hew has since then become romantically involved with Plasma. Rakar recently fought the Strangers. BIOGRAPHY: 19th-century western avenger whose secret identity was that of a Lakota Chief. The Original Rakar fought to preserve peace in the Old West, alongside his two friends, the Briton Piquefouille and the Pawnee Casanova.
