BIOGRAPHY: Little is known about Man (also nicknamed "Friend"), except that he and fellow investigator Rita White were agents for the United Nations-sponsored ODE, established in 1967, and headed by the cantakerous Mr. Green, which eventually became the World Safety Unit in 1978. What became of Man after the disbanding of the ODE is, at this stage, unknown. Rita White became the mother of the late NASA astronaut Ted White who became Homicron I. Her current whareabouts are unknown too.
