BIOGRAPHY: The "original" Flanagan was a colorful Irish-American detective, also knows as "Flegmatic Flanagan", who operated in Chicago during the Prohibition. His grand-son is also a detective in the Chicago PD. The modern-day Flanagan has been a thorn in Phenix's side. Another member of the Flanagan family was Max Flanagan. |
